CAN HUMANS MELT OR EVAPORATE?
Welcome to KALEMENT'S NERD SECTION.
This section teaches you things which your teachers are too dumb to teach.
Let thine inner nerd be unleashed!
All matter can change its state.
Even humans are made up of matter, so it is possible for us to melt and evaporate, right?
Yes.
Theoritically, we can.
But practically, no one has evaporated till now, and even if they have, they cannot share it with us, as we are breathing them.
So theoritically, after reaching a certain temperature,WE CAN MELT AND EVAPORATE but as no one has performed this experiment, we donot know the exact temperature.
Even if somebody has, they might be behind the bars now.
The chemicals that constitute our body can melt.
So why don't we see cases of people melting?
Because a lot of them die and burn before reaching the melting point.
The enzymes in a human start getting denatured as the temperature of the body reaches 40°C and above.
So our sweet body perspires to keep us cool. But if however, the body fails to cope up with the high temperature, the person gets a heatstroke and dies.
And 40°C is veryyyyyy farrrrrrr from the melting point (which I assume to be 2000°C!)
Adding on to that, the chemicals have different melting points, so you won't be able to see them melting altogether. That is why you don't see a human melting.
Even if you put them in vaccum and raise the temperature to a ridiculous amount, they would burn and not melt as the cells contain oxygen in them which supports combustion.
On top of that, the organs constituting the human body have different 'burning points'.
Bones burn at high temperatures (1400-1800°C)
Whereas skin burns easily at lower temperatures(40°C-160°C)
Summing up: Humans are like papers, they don't melt, they just burn and turn into ash.
We donot have the machine and technology to melt humans(and papers) and it is unlikely to be available in the future as who would try to melt humans?
Only serial killers.
This also answers the question can humans evaporate.
No, because in order to evaporate humans, you first need to melt them into a liquid.
Now all the smart ass people, we can't sublime cause if we could, why didn't we do it earlier?
So stop licking camphor balls thinking it would make you sublime. Eating carrots does not make you one.
So all the murderers out there, sorry to break your hearts . We cannot melt or evaporate a human, so you can't get rid of your victims by melting and flushing them down the toilet or evaporating them.
....Okayy...but what if we melt the ash left?
Ash is a new substance with different chemical and physical properties.
The ash left after burning a paper is no longer 'paper'. It is a totally new substance.
So if we are melting ash, we are not melting paper, we are melting something totally different.
Think it this way, paper is a human and the ash left is a dog.
They both might be mammals and belong to the same kingdom, but are totally different from each other.
Same goes with the ashes of humans.
If we melt it, we aren't really melting humans.
We are melting dogs.

Very good reasoning
